Search Case Narrative

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Search Case Narrative window is used to search for existing narratives.  Narratives are attached to Program Cases instead of the Master Case.

How Do :

Search for Existing Narrative

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Selection Condition Group Box:

Select All: Select this radio button to attach the new narrative to all of the listed program cases. The cases will highlight.

Deselect All: Select this radio button to remove the program case selections. The highlight will be removed.

Program Cases Group Box:

Program: This field displays the type of Program Cases in the Master Case.

Case Name: This field displays the last and first name of the Program Case Name person.

Status: This field displays the status of the Program Case.

AND/OR

Date Range Group Box:

This group box is used to narrow the search for Narratives to a specific range of dates. All narratives will be displayed if no entry is made.

From: Enter the date the search should begin.

To: Enter the date the search should end.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Search button to begin the search for Narratives using the above selection criteria.
	Select the New button to open the Detail Case Narrative window where new Narratives can be created.
	Select the Clear button to clear any criteria entered on this window.
	Select the Cancel button to close the window.
	Select the Help button to open windows help.
