Remove a Person from an Intake

1. On the Detail Intake Window, select (highlight) the person within the Persons/Allegations group box that you wish to remove.
2. Select the Actions menu.

3. Select Remove Person.

   Result:  The selected person is no longer contained in the Persons/Allegations group box.

   Note:  If the selected person is involved in an Allegation, a message of “The person you have selected to remove is involved in an allegation.  This person must be removed from the allegation before he/she can be removed from the Intake” displays.

4. Select the Save icon.

   Result:  The update is saved.
