Document FCRO Placement Information

  1. On the Detail FCRO Person Tracking window or the Detail FCRO Review window click on the FCRO Placement icon FCRO Placement, or on the FCRO Family Information window or the Detail FCRO Contact Information window click on the Save & Continue icon Save and Continue.

    Result: The List-Detail FCRO Placement window displays.

  2. Enter the Number of Placements as appropriate.
  3. Enter the Placements this Removal as appropriate.
  4. Enter Placement Information Received Date as appropriate.
  5. Enter the Type code as appropriate.
  6. Enter the Placement Begin date as appropriate.

    Note: The Type and Begin Date are required in order to document a Placement.

    Result: The Add button will enable.

  7. Enter the Provider N-FOCUS ID number.

    Result: The Provider's Name and Address information will display. The Parent (ARP ID) field, the Person Select Search arrow, and the Person Detail Person Detail icon will be disabled.

    Note: If an invalid ID Number is entered, an error message will display.

    Note: If the ID Number is not known, select the Search arrow to search for the appropriate Organization in N-FOCUS. Upon returning to the Placement window, the Provider's name and address information will display.

  8. If the Placement is with Parent(s), enter the parent's N-FOCUS ARP Number.

    Result: The Parent's Name and Address information will display. The Provider ID Number, Provider Search Arrow, and the ORG Detail Organization icon will be disabled.

    Note: If an invalid ID Number is entered, an error message will display.

    Note: If the Parent is not in the N-FOCUS system, select the Search arrow to add the person to N-FOCUS. Upon returning to the Placement window, the Parent's Name and Address information will display.

    Note: If you have added a person to N-FOCUS, upon returning to the Placement window, always select the Save icon before proceeding.

    Note: If you add a Parent as a new person, upon Saving, highlight the new row.  Select the Person Detail Person Detail icon and add the parent's address.

  9. Enter Provider Notes as appropriate.
  10. Enter the Provider State as appropriate.
  11. Enter the Provider County as appropriate.

    Note: Provider Notes, State, and County can be used when there is not enough information to document an Organization or ARP.

  12. Enter Closeness to Home as appropriate.
  13. Select the Add button.

    Result: The line of information regarding the Placement will display in the list box. The information will be cleared from the individual information fields.

    Note: When a new high dated placement row is added, the system will automatically close the previous highdated placement row.

  14. Select one of the Save icons.
