On the N-FOCUS Main Menu select the FCRO Review
icon.
Result: The Search FCRO Review window displays.
Enter appropriate search criteria.
Note: You may search by:
Select the Search button.
Result: The List FCRO Review window displays with a list of children who have been reviewed or are assigned for a review.
Note: To search for a FCRO Review for a specific child, on the Search FCRO Review window, instead of searching by Board Number and date, search by Person Tracking FCRO Number.
Result: Either The List FCRO Review window displays with a list of the child's FCRO Reviews that have been held or scheduled or the Detail FCRO Review window displays if there is only one.
Either double
click the line or select the Open icon
.
Result: The Detail FCRO Review window displays with the Board Number, the Meeting Date, and/or Assignment Date populated.
Enter the Review Specialist Logon ID.
Result: The Specialist's name should display when you tab off of the field.
If the Custody Agency displayed (Custody Agency information is entered on the Detail Person Tracking window), is DHHS or OJS, the Case Manager information can be updated by entering another Case Manager Logon ID.
Result: The Case Manager's name and office address will display.
Note: If the Case Managers Logon ID is not known select the
arrow.
Result: The N-FOCUS Search Office Position window displays with your Logon office populated in the office field. Select the office icon if you wish to search for an office other than the one displayed.
Select the Search button.
Result: The List Office Position window displays.
Select (highlight)
the position you are looking for and select the blue
arrow
icon.
Result: The Detail FCRO Review window displays with Case Manager's name and office address displayed.
Note:
To view the details of the position, select the Detail Position
icon.
Result: The Detail Office Position window displays.
Note: This window displays the name of the person currently filling the position, the person who supervises the position and the person who previously filled the position.
If appropriate, you may enter text in the Notes field.
Note: If you select the Maximize button, the narrative text will be highlighted. Be sure to place your cursor before typing or you could lose the previous text.
