Document Person Tracking Additional Detail Information

  1. On the Detail FCRO Person Tracking window click on the Addnl Detail Additional Detail button.

    Result: The FCRO Person Tracking Additional Detail dialogue box displays.

  2. Enter the Legal Standing information as appropriate.

  3. If the Sequence Number field is blank, you can enter the appropriate sequence number from the FCRO Cross Reference Report to associate the FCRO Person Tracking record to an entry in the historical data in the N-FOCUS database.

    Note: If an invalid Sequence Number is entered an appropriate error message will display.

    Note: If Sequence Number field is populated as a result of conversion or prior entry, the field will be disabled and cannot be updated. If an updated is required Production Support (471-9698 or 1-888-281-663-29) will need to be notified.

  4. Enter the Finalized Date once the manual conversion process has been completed.
  5. Enter the Consultant Verification Date as appropriate.

  6. Select OK.

    Result: The Detail FCRO Person Tracking window displays.
