Search for a Person Tracking Record

  1. On the N-FOCUS Main Menu select the Person Tracking icon Person Tracking .

    Result: The Search FCRO Person Tracking window displays.

  2. Enter the appropriate search criteria.

  3. Select the Search button.

    Result: Depending on the search criteria entered, either the Detail FCRO Person Tracking window or the List FCRO Person Tracking window will display. If no Person Tracking Record is found, an error message will display saying a Person Tracking Record is not found.

    Searching by FCRO Number, Person SSN, or ARP Number will produce either the Detail FCRO Person Tracking window or the error message.

    Searching by Name, Adoption information, or FCRO Docket Number will produce either the Detail FCRO Person Tracking window, the List FCRO Person Tracking window, or the error message.

    Note: If the name used in the search criteria does not exist in N-FOCUS, "Person not found", message displays.

  4. If the search criteria results in the List FCRO Person Tracking window displaying, highlight a name on the list and either double click on the line or click on the Open icon Open.

    Result: The Detail FCRO Person Tracking window displays.
