Update FCRO Contact Information

  1. On the Detail FCRO Person Tracking window click on the Contact Information icon FCRO Contact Information, or on the List - Detail FCRO Relationship window click on the Save & Continue icon Save and Continue.

    Result: The Detail FCRO Contact Information window displays.

  2. Enter the appropriate Agency code.

    Result: If you change the Agency Code from HH or OJ to CO, PA, TR, or UN, the Case Manager information will be cleared. If you change the Agency Code from CO, PA, TR, or UN to HH or OJ, the Contact Person information will be cleared.

  3. Enter the appropriate Effective Date.

    Note: Both Agency and Effective Date are required to document an instance of Contact Information.

  4. If the Agency entered is either HH or OJ, enter the Case Managers logon ID. (See Step 7 if Agency is not HH or OJ)

    Result: The Case Manager's name and office address will display.

    Note: If the Case Managers logon ID is not known select the Search arrow.

    Result: The N-FOCUS Search Office Position window displays with your logon office populated in the office field. Select the office Search arrow if you wish to search for an office other than the one displayed.

  5. Select the Search button.

    Result: The List Office Position window displays.

  6. Select (highlight) the position you are looking for and select the blue Return arrow.

    Result: The Detail FCRO Contact Information window displays with Case Manager's name and office address displayed.

    Note: To view the details of the position, select the Office Position Office Position icon.

    Result: The Detail Office Position window displays.

    Note: This window displays the name of the person currently filling the position, the person who supervises the position and the person who previously filled the position.

  7. If an agency other than HH or OJ is entered, you will type the Contact Person's Name and/or the File Location into the respective fields.
  8. Enter the CM Updated Date as appropriate.
  9. Enter the Number of Case Managers as appropriate.
  10. Enter the Master Case number as appropriate.
  11. Select Save

    Result: If Dates, Custody, and Contact information has been changed, the Previous Custody and Contact information will display on the right side. If only the Dates, or Custody, or Contact information is changed, there will be no changes on the right side.
