View FCRO Review Information

1. On the N-FOCUS Main Menu select the FCRO Review icon.

   Result: The Search FCRO Review window displays.

2. Enter appropriate search criteria.

   Note: You may search by:

   • Board Number and Assignment Date,
   • Board Number and Meeting Date From, OR
   • Board Number and Meeting Date From and To.

3. Select the Search button.

   Result: The List FCRO Review window displays with a list of children who have been reviewed or are assigned for a review.

   Note: To search for a FCRO Review for a specific child, on the Search FCRO Review window, instead of searching by Board Number and date, search by Person Tracking FCRO Number.

   Result: Either The List FCRO Review window displays with a list of the child's FCRO Reviews that have been held or scheduled or the Detail FCRO Review window displays if there is only one.

4. On List FCRO Review window, select (highlight) a child's name and either double click or select the Open icon.

   Result: The Detail FCRO Review window displays.
