In order to be assigned a Work Task, the worker's Position must have a Function and Service Delivery Group assigned.
A work task is assigned to a worker from the Work Task Manager when the Access Work Task button is selected.
Note: An informational pop-up window will display when the Access Work Task button is selected. The pop up states "Work Tasks have automatically been accepted for you. When you are finished working on the appropriate Work Tasks, Complete those you've worked. Return those you don't work to Unworked."
The List Master Case Alerts/Work Task window. for the related Master Case will display.
Note: A worker can have a maximum of 10 Work Tasks assigned at any time.
