When adding a Presumptive Eligibility program
case, select the administrative role, ‘Presumptive Provider’ to the case.
This role is enabled for PE cases only. Adding this role to the PE program
cases will facilitate an automated report.
If a name is highlighted on the Program Case Administrative
Roles window, that name will pull into the Select Administrative Roles
window and the Select Arrows will not be enabled.. Click on the Clear
push button to clear the name off of this window and to enable the Select
Arrows:
From the Detail
Master Case window, select the Presumptive Eligibility [PE] Program
Case.
Select the Administrative
Roles button or select Administrative Roles from the Detail drop down
list.
Click on the 'Select
Role' button.
Use the Select Arrow
icon next to the Organization and search for the Presumptive Provider.

When the Organization is located,
using the blue select arrow, return to the Select
Administrative Roles window
Note: Qualified
Presumptive Providers have been added to the Organization file.
Select ‘PRESUMP’
from the list of roles displayed, then the OK button.
