Add a Presumptive Provider Role

Key Points:

  1. From the Detail Master Case window, select the Presumptive Eligibility [PE] Program Case.
  2. Select the Administrative Roles button or select Administrative Roles from the Detail drop down list.
  3. Click on the 'Select Role' button.
  4. Use the Select Arrow icon next to the Organization and search for the Presumptive Provider. Also see Searching for an Organization in Organizations
  5. When the Organization is located, using the blue select arrow, return to the Select Administrative Roles window

    Note: Qualified Presumptive Providers have been added to the Organization file.

  6. Select ‘PRESUMP’ from the list of roles displayed, then the OK button.
  7. Select ‘Yes’ on the confirmation pop-up window
