Automated Notice of Missed Interview-Tips

• Automated Notices of Missed Interviews are created in a batch program, and sent out from Central Office.

• A Notice of Missed Interview (NOMI) is created when a row of Interview Tracking does not have a Date Held date entered by the night of the Due date.  

  Note:  A NOMI can be created manually, but an automated notice will go out in batch anyway.  Let the system work for you if possible.

• Interview Tracking will have an Interview type ‘Not Held’ entered if no Interview Date is entered 30 days after Interview Tracking was created.

  Mode Change: When a NOMI is created, cases remain in Interviewing Mode except for a Children’s Medical and Presumptive cases that had been in Interviewing Mode due to association with another program case.   Children’s Medical and Presumptive cases will change to Processing Mode as they do not require an Interview.

  Work Task: The Work Task `New Case’ is created for a Children’s Medical Assistance and Presumptive cases that go to Processing Mode.
