Change Assessment

1. Search for the Service Needs Assessment.
2. Check to see if the assessment is in Draft status.  Approved or Denied assessments cannot be changed.
3. Highlight the question to be changed.
4. Select the Yes or No answer for the question.
5. View the Service Needs button
   1. If the button is not enabled review answers to be sure they are all answered.

   2. If the button is enabled you may complete the Service Needs Time Assessment.

   Note:  If the answers to questions 5 and 6 are "No", then there is no need to complete the Service Need Time Assessment as there is no programs available to cover the service needs.

6. Select the Save icon to save the change and continue or the Save and Close icon to exit the window.  The time assessment does not need to be completed to save the assessment questions.  An assessment can be saved in Draft status to be completed later.
