Clear alerts

Alerts can be cleared from the List Position Alert window only.

To clear your own alerts:

  1. From the Main Menu, select the Alerts icon.
  2. Search for your alerts
  3. From the List Position Alert window, highlight the alert(s).
  4. Select Clear Alert from the Actions drop down menu. This will remove the alert(s) from your list of alerts. If you have a need to view this alert again, from the Search for Position Alerts window, select "Include Cleared Alerts" which will again display them on your list window.

    1. If the MC Mode is Assigned, the alert will be closed by the action of the last person clearing it from their list.  
    2. If the MC Mode is UC, the clear just takes the alert off of the list and does not close it.
  5. Future dated alerts can be cleared by changing the "As of Date" on the Search Position Alert window to a future date.  Alerts  scheduled to display as of the date entered will now show, and then can be cleared.

TIP:

Pending case alerts #120, #121, and #148 can not be cleared until action is taken on the case to activate, close or deny the case.
