The text is stored on a Clipboard and is ready to paste by going to the area where you want to paste it, right clicking and select "Paste"

The selected text disappears and the cursor remains at the position within any remaining text where the cut text was removed. The text is temporarily stored on an area of your computer called the Clipboard. It remains there either until it is replaced with other Copied or Cut text or you end your N-FOCUS session.
Note: If copying from an instance of Narrative which was created prior to the current date, although the text disappears, the function does not change the narrative and the narrative cannot be saved. Narratives can only be updated on the day they are created.
The text stored on the Clipboard displays to the left of the cursor.
Note: The Clipboard does not purge the text. You can Paste its contents repeatedly.
