Information about Child Support payments and disbursements is now available through the iCHARTS interface.

Interface Icon is located in the Interfaces Menu from the Person Detail window.

1. Select CSE icon.
2. Continue to iCHARTS
3. There are two ways to search, Financial Information and CSE Case Information. For payment comparison use Financial Information. You can search by name, SSN or court case. CSE Case Information also allows you to search by NFOCUS Person Number.
   1. If search by name or SSN, and two persons list as if they are the same person. Contact Production and Support to resolve. Duplicates can interrupt child support interfaces in expert system.
4. Once your person is located search again.
5. Court Case Information includes the following. A default search date set will display but these dates can be edited.
   1. Judgment detail – persons in the court case
   2. Payment History – payments made to the order
   3. Unearned income – payments to the custodial parent
   4. Payer Receipts – payments noncustodial parent has made to all orders
   5. Summary of Balances – totals of support still owed and to who.
