To lift the case sanction, you must go to the Case Maintenance Task,
and select Case Actions. The Reopen Button
will enable if
there is a case in denied/closed status that can be reopened.
Note: a case that is ineligible status cannot be reopened if overpayment budgets have already been run.
Select the ‘OK’, ‘Next’, or ‘Cancel’ button.
OK will enable if all required data is entered.
Next will enable if all required data is entered. This will save the case data just entered and allow you to enter the data for another program case.
Cancel is always enabled. This will delete any case data just entered, BUT will save any case data previously saved by use of the ‘Next’ button.
