Match By Child Information

When you come to the Search Provider Matching window from the Main Menu a list of characteristics appears in the Characteristics field.  You can highlight up to 5 characteristics to use as search criteria.  When you come to this window from the Placement Detail window only the child’s previously identified characteristics will appear in the Characteristics field.  You can highlight up to 5 characteristics for the search.

1. To search by Child information you must enter a Facility Type, Status, and at least one of the Location fields.

2. You then may search based on Child Sex and Age, Child Characteristics or Child Sex, Age and Characteristics.

   Note:  When entering Age, you must also select an age range from the drop-down box.

3. Select Search push button.
4. Result:  If a match is found the List Provider Matching Window displays showing the    list of matching organizations.  If a match is not found the error message “No Organization Found” displays.  If no match is found you can broaden your search criteria by deselecting characteristics, but cannot deselect Age, Sex and Facility Type if brought over from Detail Placement.
