Match By Location

1. To search by Location you must enter a Facility Type, Status, and at least one of the Location fields.

   Note:  

   • When a City is entered, the school district drop-down list is tailored to that city.  Also a city must be chosen before School District can be chosen.  If you wish to search for a placement in a school district that encompasses several cities, you should search first by county and then use the sort and filter buttons to identify the homes in that school district.
   • When a Zip Code is entered the City is automatically entered.
   • When searching by County only, you may multi select up to 3 counties

2. Select Search push button.

   Result:  If a match is found, the List Provider Matching window displays showing the list of matching organizations.  If no match is found, the error message “No Organization Found” displays.
