Enter the Organization’s Name, Facility Type
and Status. Select
the Search 
push button.
Result: If a match is found List Provider Matching Window displays. If no match is found, the error message “No Organization Found” displays.
Note: When searching by Organization name, information should not be entered in the Location or Child fields.
