Process ADC Payment Only Case for Convicted Drug Felon

1. On the Navigator window, open Case Maintenance.
2. Select Case Actions and the month to begin the ADC Payment Only Program Case. Select the Add button.
3. Highlight the ADC case, and select the unborn.  Answer the questions about request date, application date and proration date.  
4. Click the OK button.  A window opens, asking if the program should be tied to an application.

5. Process the Tie Application questions, and click OK to return the Case Actions window.  The ADC Payment Only case will be in pending status, with the unborn as the pending participant.

   Note:  The pregnant mother should be pending in a MED program case also.  Repeat Steps 1-5, but select a MED program case for the pregnant woman.

6. Select the Sanctions task.   Highlight the pregnant woman.  
7. Select the sanction type of Convicted Drug Felon-ADC.  Click Ok.

Continue processing the benefit month.  Any earned income of the convicted drug felon/pregnant mother will be used in both the ADC and MED program cases.
