Remove EF Sanction - Approved for AABD

If the EF sanction is no longer applicable in ADC/MED due to the client being approved for AABD/MED follow these steps:

1. Close the AABD case through Case Actions for the processing month.  
2. Reopen the person in the ADC case through Participant Actions for the processing month.  
3. Close the person in the ADC case for the processing month with the reason of “in another case.”  
4. Reopen the person’s AABD case through Case Actions.
5. Run Configuration.  This will change the person to an FR without the status reason that requires an EF case.
6. Select Budgeting and the EF case is no longer required for the person.
