Search for Archive Alerts

Searching for archived alerts begins on the N-FOCUS Main Menu.

  1. Select the Goto  from the Task Bar.
  2. Select Retrieve Archived Alerts.  The Search Archived Alert window displays.
  3. Select the radio button specific to the type of search to be performed, either Master Case or Organization.
  4. Use the Out Select Arrow push button to find the Master Case or Organization to perform the alert search, or enter the Master Case number in the box.
  5. Select the type of Alert Search to do: All, Hearings or Type.  If Type is selected, narrow the search by selecting the type from the drop down listing. .  The Date Range defaults to six months but can be changed.

    Note:  If All is selected, the date range option defaults to One Month.  Previous and Next buttons can be used to change the month.

  6. Select the Search push button. The List Archived Alerts window displays.
  7. Select the archived alert to be viewed and select the Open icon.  The Detail Archive Alert.  
  8. Select the N-FOCUS Main Menu icon to return to the N-FOCUS Main Menu.
