Search for Archived Correspondence

Searching for archived correspondence begins on the N-FOCUS Main Menu.

  1. Select the Goto  from the Task Bar.
  2. Select Retrieve Archived Correspondence.  The Search Archived Correspondence window displays.
  3. Select the area specific to the type of search to be performed,from the drop down options.  There is also a Sub Area for certain options to narrow the search.
  4. Enter the ID # for the area selected.  For example, if Master Case was selected in the Area, enter the MC #.  Or use the Out Select Arrow push button to find the ID # to perform the correspondence search.
  5. Select the type of Correspondence Search to perform.
  6. Enter the end date for the search time period.  The Begin date will populate based on the end date entered. Use the Prev and Next buttons to adjust the search dates.
  7. Select the Search push button. The List Archived Correspondence window displays.
  8. Select the archived correspondence to be viewed and select the Open icon.  
  9. Select the N-FOCUS Main Menu icon to return to the N-FOCUS Main Menu.
