Search for Correspondence

1. Select the Correspondence icon

2. The end date for the search range will default to the current date and go back 180 days. If the correspondence was not created during this time, you may want to change the end date and the range from 180 days up to 360 days.

3. When you have selected the date range, then select the Search button.

Note: You do not have to select a Type. The type of correspondence will always default to NONE. By selecting NONE the search will include all correspondence that was created for the specified date range.

Example:

If you want to search for correspondence that was created sometime in July 2017, change the end date to July 31, 2017. The date range will default to 180. The type of correspondence will default to NONE.

Note: You can select a date range from 1-360 days.
