Terminate SSN

An SSN cannot be used for more than one person in N-FOCUS at the same time. The SSN must be terminated for one person before it can be added to another one.

1. Navigate to the Person Detail window
2. Select Terminate SSN from the Actions drop down menu. If Terminate SSN is not enabled, contact Production Support and have them terminate the SSN.

3. If enabled, message will display asking if you’re are discontinuing a person, If yes go to discontinue duplicate person from the actions drop down menu. If no, select no and SSN will terminate.

4. When you are returned to the Person Detail window, the SSN will be removed.
