Update Employment First Monthly Participation Tracking

1. Highlight the row in the EF Component display
2. Update the hours in the Client Participant group box (Number of Hours Participated field) in any of the prior 12 months from the current month.
3. Select the Update button.

Note:  Participation history has been expanded to display the previous 24 months from the current month.
