Update UC Program Case Mode in Expert

The Universal Caseload Program Case Mode can be changed in the expert system when a case is reopened, or when a case is closed from the interviewing or processing mode.

1. Reopen a Program Case. The Program Case Mode Confirmation window displays.  
2. Select the Change Mode radio button (if the mode is not correct).
3. Select from the drop-down list the appropriate Mode.
4. Select OK.
