Viewing Crystal Reports on InfoView

You access N-FOCUS reports by going to the InfoView Reporting Portal at http://nreports. If you are prompted to logon, provide the following information.

• System: BF200X47
• User Name: your LAN ID
• Password: your LAN passwod
• Authentication: Windows AD

After logging on successfully, you will see a window listing the folders of reports to which you have been given access.

1. Click the + sign to the left of any folder to expand it and show additional folders.
2. Click on a folder to list its reports in the window to the right.
3. Double-click a report title in the right window to open it.
4. When you have finished viewing reports, log out of InfoView by clicking on “Log Out” near the upper right corner; it is located just under the "Welcome:"

1. Click the + sign to the left of the folder Public Folders.
2. Click on the folder * Helpful InfoView Guides *.
3. In the window on the right, right-click on InfoView Update & Tips, and select "View."
