1-001.03 Adoption

Legal proceedings for the adoption of the child are pending before a court of competent jurisdiction. Documentary evidence which indicates this circumstance includes :

1. Court documents;
2. Other records; or
3. Sworn statements from individuals other than the client with knowledge of the circumstances which provide the basis for the good cause claim.
