ADC unit consists of Mom and 2 children. They are in their 3rd month of the 12 months of TMA. Mom reports she is pregnant and the father of the unborn has moved in with her. Paternity has been established. There is no eligibility for ADC grant.
Mom and the 2 children would remain in TMA. Only Dad's income would be used to compute an MA budget for the unborn. Dad would have no medical coverage unless he is age eligible. If the unborn is eligible based on Dad's income, no further budgets are necessary.
Note: If eligibility for ADC grant did exist, Mom and the 2 children would come out of the TMA unit. Eligibility for the entire unit would be determined under ADC.
