ADC unit consists of Mom and 3 children. Mom has been sanctioned due to non-coop with Child Support so she is not included in the grant or MA unit. Mom gets a job that puts the ADC unit over in income to receive a grant. The unit has received a grant for the last 8 months. The three children are eligible for the first 6 months of TMA. When Mom cooperates with CSE she would be added to the TMA unit. If she subsequently refuses to cooperate with CSE while in the TMA unit, no action is taken as cooperation with CSE is not an issue for TMA.
