ADC grant case with no earned income becomes ineligible for a grant effective April due to increased collection of child support. Assuming the unit had received a grant in 3 of the 6 months preceding the month of ineligibility, the unit would be eligible for 4 months of MA without regard to excess. The unit is not eligible for the 12 months of TMA since loss of the grant was not due to increased earnings.
