Household consists of Mom and 2 children. Mom and 1 child are on ADC grant and the other child receives SSI and is open for AABD/MED. Mom obtains a job with countable income greater than the ADC Payment Standard. While this would normally result in Mom and the ADC child going to TMA, N-FOCUS will first run an "Allocation Out" budget, allocating the income in excess of the ADC Payment Standard to the AABD unit. If the AABD child's unit remains eligible (the allocated income is less than the budgetary need), N-FOCUS will treat both of these cases as Grant cases, both being Active. If the allocated income causes the AABD budget to fail, N-FOCUS will take both the ADC and AABD cases into MED and will set the Category Code for the ADC participants to TMA.
