Example A;

Grandmother cares for her niece and nephew who are not siblings. Because they are living as a family, both children would be in a single unit.

Example B:

Husband is payee for a grandchild. His wife requests ADC for two nephews who have just become members of the family household. The two nephews are added to the husband's existing ADC case. There could not be a separate ADC relative payee case in the wife's name.
