Must be pending or active in an AABD/MED program case or pending, active or
Spenddown in a MED program case with the Categorical Code of Aged, Blind or Disabled.
Tip: For those children that appear to be disabled, but are a MAC/SAM/RIB case, the reason they are not SSI and are MAC/SAM/RIB may be due to parental income or resources that preclude them from being an AABD case.
