3-014.04 Duties of Client

The parent/non-legally responsible relative, or guardian of the child for whom Child Care Subsidy is received is required to cooperate with Child Support Enforcement (unless there is the determination of Family Violence, see 392 NAC 3-014.06B).

 

Child Care Subsidy recipients are required to cooperate with Child Support Enforcement in achieving the following objectives:

 

  1. Identification and location of the parent(s)/alleged father of a child who receives Child Care Subsidy;
  2. Establishment of paternity;
  3. Establishment of a support order;
  4. Enforcement of a support order; and
  5. Modification of a support order.
