When one or both parents of a child receiving Child Care Subsidy are absent, the case manager makes a referral to the IV-D unit no later than two days after the date of approval of eligibility.

The client must complete Form CSE-60, "Application for Child Support Services." The worker forwards the CSE-60 to Child Support Enforcement, 220 S. 17th, Lincoln 68509.
