A family that is eligible for transitional child care is required to pay a fee unless the family’s income is below the minimum income for the fee schedule. If the family’s income is below the minimum, the family does not owe a fee.
The Department may reimburse the client for child care costs from the month the client became ineligible for ADC if the client incurred the cost.
