When an individual leaves an ADC/MA unit, s/he is not considered prospectively in determining the unit size. If there is not time to recalculate and give timely notice, the worker must remove the individual the next month. If the client reported timely, there is no overpayment for the month that the individual left; if there is not time to remove the individual the following month because of the timely notice provision, there is no overpayment for that month, either.
