4-001.01D1 Continuous Eligibility for Pregnant Women

Once a pregnant woman is determined Medicaid eligible, she remains continuously eligible through the 60-day postpartum period unless:

1. The mother moves out of state;
2. The worker determines that the original eligibility was based on erroneous or incomplete information; or
3. The mother enters an ineligible living arrangement (see 468 NAC 3-005.07).
