4-002.03B5 Delay of Assistance Pending Determination

The agency must not deny, delay, or discontinue assistance pending a determination of good cause if the client has complied with the requirements of providing acceptable evidence or other necessary information. In most instances, a good cause determination must be made within 30 days following the receipt of a claim.
