A dependent child is eligible through the month of his/her 18th birthday. A child is eligible through the entire month of his/her 19th birthday if s/he is a full-time student regularly attending a secondary school, or the equivalent level of vocational or technical training (this does not include college).
An 18 year old is eligible through the month of graduation from high school or the equivalent level of vocational or technical training.
