2-009.07A5c Reciprocity with Other States

The Department will accept qualified LTC Partnership Policies issued in other states with Long-Term Care Partnership Programs.

Currently California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Virginia have LTC Partnership Programs.
