2-011.03B6 Decision on Good Cause

469 NAC 2-011.03B6

The worker must determine good cause and notify the client of the decision on a Notice of Action. If the worker determines that good cause does not exist, s/he allows the client ten days to respond from the date that the Notice of Action was mailed. If the client does not cooperate, withdraw the application, or request the case closed, a sanction is imposed.
