2-011.06 Termination of Assignment

469 NAC 2-011.06

When a client's case is rejected, suspended, or closed, the automatic assignment terminates. The client's rights to any future third party medical payments are restored. However, the assignment remains in effect for the time period during which the client was on assistance.
