4-006.01 Disregards for Medical Budgets

In addition to disregards outlined in 469 NAC 2-010.01E1, the cost of medical insurance premiums is deducted (including Medicare if the individual is responsible for paying it) (see 469 NAC 3-006.01C).
Exception: The cost of premiums for income-producing policies is not allowed as a deduction on Form DA-3M (see 469 NAC 2-010.01B2d).
