2-002.03A Immigrants Without Refugee or Asylee Status

Persons from any country who enter the United States as resident aliens (i.e. immigrants) and who did not previously have the status of refugee, asylee (including parolees as a refugee or asylee), or conditional entrant are not eligible under RRP/MA.
