2-007.06B5 Livestock, Poultry, Crops (Growing and on Hand)

The agency determines the value of these resources by using the owner's estimate of the current market price for livestock, poultry, and crops (growing and harvested). If the client is unable to provide an estimate or if the worker feels the estimate is inaccurate, other sources may be used, such as an auctioneer, county assessor, etc. For a self-employed individual, see 470 NAC 2-007.06B9.
