2-007.08 Determination of Value of Total Available Resources

The total value of all available resources is the total value of real and personal property figured in accordance with the preceding instructions. If the total value is in excess of the limit allowable for an RRP grant, the individual or unit is ineligible for a grant but may be eligible for RMAP.
