2-009.01A Voluntary Termination or Refusal of Employment

The worker determines that within 30 consecutive calendar days immediately before receiving assistance, an employable refugee has not:

1. Voluntarily quit for the purpose of receiving assistance; or

2. Refused to apply for or accept an appropriate offer of employment.
